• Definitions
  “We” or “us” means Nila Store.
  “You” means the customer.
  “Product” means any item sold on our website.
• Product Information
  Product descriptions and images are accurate to the best of our knowledge.
  Colors and sizes may vary slightly due to screen resolution and manufacturing.
• Pricing and Payment
  Prices are in INR and include taxes/shipping
  Payment methods accepted: Google Pay/Paytm/Phone Pe/Credit Card/Debit Card/NetBanking/Cash on delivery.
  Payment is due at time of order.
• Shipping rates and estimates:
  We offers the lowest shipping cost across all online platforms in India. We have tied up with multiple Logistics Partners who pick up the product from your location and deliver it straight to the     customer.
  Delivery times: The orders must be shipped within 2-3 days from the date of receiving the order.
• Returns and Refunds
  Refunds issued in original payment method.
  If a customer returns a product, then the seller is charged a return shipping fee based on the weight  of the shipment.
  If an order is not delivered to a customer and gets converted to an RTO (Return to Origin), the seller will not be charged any additional fee for shipping.
  Please note that for some exceptional cases, the return shipping fees can be waived off.
  Customers can return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery and the shipments which weren’t delivered to the customer get converted to an RTO (Return to Origin).
• Cancellations.
  we understand that there could be delays that are out of your control leading to late order cancellation.
  In that case, we will not charge any penalty to you so you can continue to the shopping without any tension.
• Liability
  We are not liable for damages or losses resulting from use of our products.
• Changes to Terms
  We may update these terms and conditions from time to time.
  You agree to be bound by changes.
